Log into your Rites account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your digital return authorization.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship Your Return
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
